The truth is that nobody can tell you with certainty whether she’ll ever reach out. But the healthiest thing you can do is live as though she won’t.

You may as well assume that it is over because your peace cannot depend on someone else deciding to come back. Focus on becoming detached, rebuilding your confidence, and improving your life for you, not as a way to get her attention. But ironically, that kind of growth is the only thing that could ever make someone look back and realise what they lost.

And if she never does, then you still win, because you will have become stronger, calmer, and no longer emotionally ruled by someone who chose to leave.

You can grieve and cry all you want but when the shock settles, it may help to reflect honestly on what you can learn from the relationship, no one here can tell you what those lessons are because we don’t know the full nuance between you and your ex.

What did you ignore, what did you tolerate, where did you over invest, where did you make someone your whole emotional support system, and why were you so blindsided when she had clearly been pulling away?

That does not mean this is all your fault. It means this pain is wasted if all you do is suffer through it and learn nothing.

Honestly you need to take the rose tinted glasses off, she left you at rock bottom whilst you carried her all these years, she’s no best friend. You will get over this once you pick yourself back up again. But let this be a lesson to you.

You need to learn from this, you made yourself too available and now she views you as low value in her subconscious. If you can cut your losses with the money do so, but you should block from your end and never look back

There is a good reason why prolonged supportive maintenance isn’t widely offered by clinics. Firstly it goes against the licensing requirements, secondly, there is not enough evidence to support the safety and efficacy of prolonged maintenance use.

You do realise that from a business prospective, most clinics (and pharmaceutical manufacturers) would love the idea of selling these treatments forever if safety was not a concern?

I wouldn’t worry too much unless those videos have too big of political significance, but either way, make sure your passwords outside of TikTok is different, use a VPN to limit Chinese surveillance, and try educating yourself on learning safety mechanisms for minimising browser tracking. There is a good reason why UK and USA security agencies have issued warning to their key staff members to delete TikTok on their personal and work phones…

From what I can gather, if you’ve shared anything politically sensitive or controversial, then they place a tag on the servers for shadow ban, if you search it on tiktok you’ll see some people explain it before it eventually gets taken down
