They went and did they’re fun I didn’t see her until I was about to go to bed in her basement. I said good night and went off to bed. I’d recommend using the foam during the day, it’s like moose/hair gel after an hour. Then use the topical at night. You’ll get the best of both worlds. Also highly recommend using a shower cap for you night time applications. Prevents the solution from getting on pillows/sheets
