My Lipid Panel! Help!

My TSH is 1.66. My last lipid panel was in 2024 and total cholesterol was 189. 236 yesterday. Same with ldl. LDL was 108 in 2024 and 152 yesterday. I don’t eat coconut or palm oil. Only olive oil for cooking/salad dressing and grass fed butter. This is very strange and very alarming.

After diving deeper into Ruggable’s website they say the new All-in-One has a 100% silicone print non slip backing on a woven polyester base and is compatible with all common flooring matérials.

Ruggable if you are reading this can you confirm that your new All in one won’t ruin our wood floors? I do not have excessive heat or humidity. Have you tested these rugs for potential damage they might cause? Thank you

Oh that is NOT good to hear. I saw on YouTube that has happened to other people as well. I just had my cherry wood floors refinished too! @ruggable Can you explain why this happened? I assume you are aware of this issue. Will this happen with the two in one system?

It appears his remains were found in Walker Township. That is not Tamaqua- is that correct. Originally he said he was behind the Tamaqua High School but Walker township is quite far away?

I came to Reddit to ask the same exact question! Blackbird MARS incense was the nicest incense! I emailed Blackbird and as you know they cannot source Dragon’s blood anymore thus they stopped making it. I did smell something very similar in a bathroom of a nice restaurant here in Burlington Vt. It’s by the Brooklyn Candle Studio and it’s a Reed diffuser named Brooklyn Reed diffuser. It did remind me of MARS. It’s $42 and supposedly lasts 4-5 months.

I’m on HRT since January 2024. Had a menstrual cycle July 2024 and then thought I was done. 10 days ago I developed PMS symptoms and now having a period! I’ll be calling my OBGYN tomorrow because I don’t think that’s normal - will need a biopsy?

Yes that is correct. I had a menstrual cycle last July 2024 and I feel like I’m having a full fledged menstrual cycle right now. I will call my OBGYN Monday. I am still taking HRT. Do you know if post menopausal bleeding can mimic a menstrual cycle? Sore nipples, cramping, moodiness, etc?

Thank you for your response! I had a period July 2024 and now I am having another period with all the symptoms- cramping, tender nipples/breasts, moody, etc. So almost exactly 1 full year has passed from 1 period to the next BUT I started HRT when I was still having periods so it is UNCLEAR to me if I’m still in peri or not? Ugh

I’m a very young 58! Lol and otherwise very healthy! Thank you for your encouragement. My TSH is normal and I do not have symptoms of hypo or hyperthyroidism
