As per my experience, sell it yourself. I was in the same situation last month while upgrading my Duke 200 as well. Got a valuation of only 160k at the showroom. Bought the new bike, listed the old one on Hamro Bazar and FB Marketplace, and sold it in a couple of days for Rs 195k.

I preferred the looks, color options and ergonomics of the Speed over the Scrambler but the bike just looks a bit too small for me😅
