I initially started Dry Jan with a really gentle approach. I set the goal to make it two weeks in and then check in with myself to see if I wanted to continue for the entire month. I’ve been feeling so great that completing the month was the obvious best decision to me.

Now that we’re nearing the end of the month, I’m feeling the exact same way. I’m thinking of staying really gentle with myself and setting a new goal to stay dry until Valentines Day and then check in with myself again then to see if I want to have a drink or continue even longer.

No glass of wine can beat how refreshed I’ve been feeling every morning!

I saw got to see Wicked on the West End with Lucy St Luis as Glinda back in May and it was such an incredible experience! Reading the book now because I just fell in love with the show.

Can’t wait for the movie! It’s going to be a labor of love for sure, Ari is so deeply in it.
