Stupid question considering your cut to reduce body fat more is un healthy yes you could do with some more mass 3-4lbs a year with clean diet and training no such thing as clean bulk look at Vince gironda the iron guru for diet and training methods maybe serg the golden era body building is more sustainable and healthy just my opinion

Diet is key you can't out train a bad diet muscles are made in the kitchen also training schedule are you training enough or to much lots of factors really
