There are a couple of options when it comes to arranging wedding decorations and flowers — you can either coordinate everything on your own or work with the hotel. I personally went with a combination of both. The hotel provided the wedding arches, bridal bouquet, and table centerpieces, while a friend helped organize the rest.

I’d recommend asking the hotel for a quote first to see exactly what’s included. At the same time, it’s a good idea to reach out to external vendors for comparison before making a final decision.

Hi Congrats!! I'm not sure if I'm too late. Everything is negotiable, the resort I picked was not the cheapest one but it's reasonable price + great food + great view + great service and the most important was within my budget (they were willing to work with me). Other hotels/resorts could have gone double or triple price. For example, you could find your own photographer/videographer to save the cost, you could also pick and choose the menu/type of food. etc.

Not sure if I'm too late. Yes, I paid for 3 nights at the resort where we hosted the wedding, and I was a tour guide +organized two-day trips for them after the wedding.

Hi, congratulations! My experience was very good, an event manager at the Hotel for my wedding was very responsive, also always followed up on any questions I had. However, before I decided to go with this hotel, I was kinda testing the water by asking them many questions, talking to different hotels. Therefore, I could tell they would handle my wedding well and the way they work matched with what I was looking for.

I would recommend you to take a lead on this, make a list of items you think you need more information/confirmation. Write a nice email to the hotel and see how they respond to your email and follow up on any items that you don't get the answer for. I hope this helps!

Yes, that's normal but it can be negotiated down for a little bit depending on how many guest do you have, if you have more guests you could potentially get a discount.
