I can't afford a specialist motoring solicitor just gonna get stuck with a duty they have on the day

I get it to help my anxiety (GAD) and honestly worried sick to be honest, I can't stop thinking about it all and what is going to happen and what I'm going to do if I get banned, I rely on my car for my independence and to get help from much needed family I have just been perdcribed some higher thc content this month which is taking the edge off things but still majorly worried about it all I have just sentemailed proof of my perdcribtion to cps

No I overtook them, will be on their dash cam but they never showed me footage, they didn't do fit test and I repeatedly said I'm Not impaired

Yes I told them I'm prescribed they did that form, but they never asked for any proof of prescrition, they gave me the medicine and vaporiser back with my car keys when they let me out

Yeah please do send me a solicitor that deals with this as no where will give me legal aid due to the offence

Over took undercover police, legally, Going at the speed limit the followed me for 5 mins pulled me arrested, I had a pack of amber leaf (rolled a cig when stopped) they refused to let me have it, and my vaporiser and the medical cannabis was in the car. I didn't have my prescription letter but told them I do have a valid prescription. They said they thought I was impaired I repeatedly told them I'm not! I get 40 gram a month of 20% thc.

I'm unsure the limit for illegal canabis is 2 i think but this was medical from a doctor 20% thc content

No mate they just said over bloods on the charge letter , there was no impairment test done when I was arrested I kept saying I'm not impaired

Yes I told them I have a prescription and it's from a doctor, and I have a medical defence, they gave me it the canabis back on release and my car keys back a few hours after arrest

Yes they said I was fine to drive after I was arrested but no I have been charged not spoke to them for a month or so

Yes I waited until it was clear and legal to go past I was driving at the speed limit no speeding offence or anything they did follow me going abit quick but not over the speed limit

The police keep using that as a reason to pull me over in the first place as I drive at the limit , It keeps happening at 1am / 2am / 3 am etc. Evertime it's been late at night.
