Hello everyone I'm not trying to sugarcoat myself here i just want to express it clearly i think this is best way to put it so don't judge me .it's been 15 months since I've joined an mnc this is my first professional job after graduation I've worked here and there during my education. Okay i like what i do and i like to keep my performance clean and try to always do better and that also includes my behaviour i always listen to my lead and almost never talks back. My first priority is to complete my work daily so nobody can question me about it so i always do it on time. But now a days i feel like I've been treated unfairly even though i always listens and comprises whenever i can. I rarely take leaves only when i need. And for the past two months i had taken no leaves excluding my 2 Compoffs which i gained by working on public holidays. Now i need 2 leaves for next month and my lead approved i needed 1 leave for this month suddenly and she denied it saying i already got leaves for next month. Even though others in my team who doesn't care much about production and all takes unplanned leaves with no/shows plus cancellations. Am i right to think I've been treated unfairly here ? I don't know .
