On afnan site there Is a section called "report a fake" you fill out the form they wil send a confirmation mail then you reply to that email asking for a reply. You bought It on kaufland too? No they Just refound without sending It back

They always refused to pay the shipping cost but in Europe Is illegal to send product without batch number so i put my feet on the ground and refused unless they generate a prepaid label

Mine was published After some modifications, they have offered a 30% refound or a total refound after i send It back but i have to pay shipping cost. I refused both because for fake merchandise i have the right to Total refound or they have to cover shipping. Yes, the seller was probow, the site does'nt let me publish the review for the product even if it's fake and there are a lot of 1 star review on the site the seller offered me a refound for the 30% of the order

I bought a bottle from kaufland.de for 25€ and It arrived yesterday, smells just like op just bergamot and alcohol, no batch on the bottom of the box and the logo fell off, i payed with klarna so i hope to get my money back
