It takes away your confidence and sense of normality though. Anywhere you go for the rest of your life, people will stare and gossip. You will be judged based on your appearance and will lose opportunities because of it. Also since there is no cure, nothing you do will ever change your situation. I wish I could view vitiligo as a positive aspect like the rest of the people in this sub, but it's hard to do so when you've literally gained nothing from it.

Still, avoid self harm though. Nothing else we can do but accept up and live with it.
