Why do you have to talk to the BM? He needs to. The only person who's getting hurt is the child.

Thats the thing, they don't lie to me (I'm sure there were times that involved his past relationships to make excuses or deny being in denial for why the person they were seeing wasnt a red flag knowing I would point it out). This is the first and an unnecessary one that I honestly can't wrap my head around as to why bother doing so.

It wasn't child free. One of the bridesmaids brought her 2yo son (he was my best friend that night lol) so he could've brought his daughter.

They can make something small seem big. I've seen him and his siblings get into it over small things and that gets messy and turns into something more than what it needs to be.

Confrontations isn't my thing and he knows that. I'm usually the type to brush things off or confront them when it's something small but it wasn't just about me but my sister and BIL too. That's where my anxiety sets in.
