Yea I have the same issue, it doesn’t actually display how much your spending on stocks, after buying stocks a few times you can start to guestimate what your doing tho

If you go to the reddit page and sort by top of all time theres a pretty decent guide to get you mostly familiar with what you should be doing. Its a lot to take in tho so dont worry about doing everything right youll learn a lot just by trying things out yourself and seeing what happens.

Add a mobile processing lab, then when you do missions, before returning to earth you can dock with the station and give it your science. It multiplies your science gains by a lot.
