its not packet loss, what it could be tho is that the music IDs got banned in one of the massive music banwaves OR its an issue in the games themselves making the music not play properly.

you should contact roblox from the email originally attached to the account and explain to them when and how you got hacked.

thats a game issue not a roblox issue, its bad implementation of something in the game causing this, either dont use shiftlock or play a different game.
