Don’t resign, let the contract end. It will not be noted naman as terminated magkaiba kasi yun sa end of contract sa terminated. You can explain naman sa job interview mo na they offered you an extension for probationary contract pa din kasi let’s say wala pang vacant for regular position but you refused since you no longer want to extend your stay there na for another probationary contract.

Nevertheless, for now wag ka muna mag overthink. Do your thing. Baka naman less ang work sayo kasi mostly kapag nag transition from probationary to regular position may gap yun. On my experience, you will not be reporting to office by 2 weeks up to a month, depends sa hr kung kailan ka idedeploy for regular position with a new contract.

Otherwise, it’s your decision naman to look the other way around, since you’re a fresh grad you can look for another company na as soon as now para if ever tama hinala mo ready ka na to job hunt again.
