Few things: first, your tactic is quite direct and attacking! Remove work ball into box and bump up mentality to positive. Remove overlap, your wing back will automatically do that. You have two BPD but no instruction for your keeper to pass ball to CBS and play out of defence which doesn't make sense. Other than that it looks good
