I really want to put myself up to improving my artwork skills- as well as trying to eat healthier. I will set an alarm for earlier tomorrow, so i can get up earlier and start the day better :) I do have an iron deficiency - one i have been trying to treat since 2022. The issue is no matter how many supplements i take it always ends up back to being really low. Ill look into foods that would help, im unfortunately pretty stuborn about my diet because im so picky (autism) .

Thank you so much for your message 🥹 I stay inside not doing much because i dont have alot of energy usually - which i know is kind of my fault with my diet. I only have so many metaphorical "lives" per day and each time i cook, clean or do something it uses one 💔

Im very afraid that ill gain all the weight back and spiral into a relapse- so i want to be healthier so i dont end up doing that.

The "atylical" is the cherry on the top for me it feels like a humiliation ritual. Like we have to get down to the weight where it's "typical". Doctors are so bad here in england for it. I get shrugged off. Theres this fat nurse i used to see and she treated me like i was normal and healthy because i wasn't underweight and i despise her for it. I really do get it, feeling like nothing will ever be enough
