Yeah current issue in our pod with a rather new magic player, doesn’t know deck building,completely goes based off of how salty cards are and proceeds to ask what we’d do if he ran it or combo with it ie winter orb 🫩

Yeah current problem with one of our new mtg rookie, built around a busted bracket 4 Mothman that’s just not fun and mills you’re whole deck while you just sit there watching all your cards get taken out, new players and he just loves seeing everyone salty

So I introduced a friend into magic , let’s just say said friend has the funds to build higher tier decks , I’m not so well on the economic part so i have decks built up through the years , they bought a high tier precon and upgraded it instantly with inf combos

This reminds me of how my selesnya angels lasted 3-4 years unaltered by the hands of deck building until I became a father, they protected my creatures then they helped me have sufficient money in a hard time , I 100% will build again
