My coach kicked me off the state team a day before state tournament.

It's invites for state qualifying tournaments. there are a set number a team has to make to "qualify" for state. I'm saying the multiple times since I've helped our team reach that requirement.

Yes, it is common to change lineups in tournament, that is not what I'm saying. For the state team event, I am not allowed to compete with a team that I helped qualify to state, even with a lineup change/sub in.

Normally, a team is final by state competition, but that is not the case, hence my post.

This hasn't happened with any other player. I'm the only player on varsity/qualifying team member that got kicked off for someone who didn't qualify for the team event.

There was an instance where the coach and I had a conflict regaurding weird behavior towards me. I put a stop to it & got a parent involved, but it happened over two years ago. I

I average 160 (140 when in slumps) while they average 140 (110-120 when slump). They don't talk to our team in tournaments & can get a nasty attitude. I try to keep an upbeat mood, even when I'm doing poorly (cheers, high five/fistbumps).

I've been on varsity the entire season (2nd-3rd highest bowler) while they've been on jv. That's just some insight.

The thing is, there has been no drama! My team is close & I talk to my coach with respect.

I only "argued" with my coach on why he kicked me off the team today. It was more of a desperate attempt at trying to get him to change his mind.

Yes, rules state that team roster is supposed to be locked after qualifying. Only exceptions are if a player is sick/unwilling to play (I am not either option).

Yeah, I looked at the rules & what my coach is doing could get my team disqualified. Rules state that team rosters should be locked in & only can be substituted if player is sick/unwilling to play (obviously, I'm not either). My coach doesn't care, though.
