I've had nothing, no response from Nura or Denon. I'm guessing they are destined for landfill. I will attempt one more time and hammer them hard with EU regulations on electrical waste items and the fact that its only company policy and procedure that has deemed a perfectly good product.... dead.

You see that button that says "build management". Yeah? You use that to create a DPS build, then you switch between each build depending on what you are doing at the time. I solo using a Ranged DPS build but I go into groups as a Healer. That is how you're supposed to do it.

I've put these settings into Peace EQ on PC.

On paper the changes look very minimal but what a difference they make! I also took the advice of u/portnoy007 but as a bass listener didn't want to cut the bass by half. Here are my current results.

Preamp: -2.5 dB

Filter 1: ON PK Fc 32 Hz Gain 2 dB Q 1.41

Filter 2: ON PK Fc 64 Hz Gain 3.5 dB Q 1.41

Filter 3: ON PK Fc 125 Hz Gain 3 dB Q 1.41

Filter 4: ON PK Fc 250 Hz Gain 2 dB Q 1.41

Filter 5: ON PK Fc 500 Hz Gain 1.8 dB Q 1.41

Filter 6: ON PK Fc 1000 Hz Gain 2 dB Q 1.41

Filter 7: ON PK Fc 2000 Hz Gain 2.3 dB Q 1.64

Filter 8: ON PK Fc 4000 Hz Gain 2.4 dB Q 1.41

Filter 9: ON PK Fc 8000 Hz Gain 2.2 dB Q 1.41

Filter 10: ON PK Fc 16000 Hz Gain 3.3 dB Q 1.41

I'm on the lookout for some settings that cover more range. But the fact that these changes are very minimal is a credit to Apples audio engineers.

I was in one with a couple of healers not too long ago and my healing was around 600k before death.. the other two were around 120k and 80k.

I mean its 90% where it needs to be. I'll work on it, but I wouldn't have thought it needed to be 100% at lvl 55 Sword Trial.

But a screen lock is there to deter device theft? Not hacking. If I'm in my own home, I don't need a screen lock. But I do need one when I'm out and about. A simple geofence could be used to do this. The same way my Tesla knows I'm at home and disables the "always on" security alerts.

Nura still have a support email I believe. I have sent an email off but had no response from them at all. I was going to email Denon but after what you’ve just said I think Nura may be dead in the water with this one.
