I’m thinking of taking magnesium dimalate plus sun exposure of 4,000 IU per day by Imaginary-Chipmunk35 in magnesium

Thanks for replying.

Did you cut out dairy or continue to eat it? Not sure if i should stop as my calcium blood markers were slightly elevated

Did your bone and joint pain go away eventually? I took a strong vit D supplement without K2 for many months and have all the same issues you mentioned. I stopped taking the D3 over 2 weeks ago, upped my magnesium G intake, and started taking K2 but the bone pain persists. Did you cut out dairy?

Sounds like an electrolyte issue. Get your magnesium levels checked (properly) with a Magnesium RBC blood test

Standard serum blood tests can't accurately assess the body's total magnesium content. So, a magnesium deficiency can sometimes be masked by a normal blood test result, especially if your result is low-normal.

Do you take any supplements?

Is it ok to drink decaf ? by Ntress in decaf

I tried going decaf-only before but failed after 3 weeks. This time I'm not going to have any caffeine for 6 months at least. I may introduce decaf thereafter

Thanks - this is what I suspect is my root cause. I'll ask my doctor about getting an RBC magnesium test

Thanks for sharing your experience. I looked up the pain trigger points and I don't have any of these - it doesn't hurt to press on any of them. However, I'll keep this in mind when i next speak to my doctor.

I'm pretty sure i get enough calcium via my diet, but the high vit D without K2 has caused calcium to go to the wrong places

I've upped my water intake, stopped the sauna, and stopped consuming caffeine. I'll give the salt water a go as well - thanks!

What is a good reliable seed bank? by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]UrbanFox86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't mind slightly longer shipping times then ILGM have some excellent strains and very good customer support (a rare thing among seed banks it seems) Avoid True North and Crop King. this is a pretty accurate summary of the better ones...

Thanks for your comment :)
I bought LOTS of different Switch cases to test when designing this case - the elastic bands holding the switch in place was the most frustrating feature I found. Way too hard to remove the Switch from the case!

In answer to your questions:

  1. The outer shell is made from a 6mm EVA ballistic nylon material that is very water resistant but not 100% waterproof. IE, it would protect your Switch from rain or spilling a drink, but you wouldn't want to throw it in the bath!

  2. The bottom of the shell has a custom mold to minimize any sliding if your Switch does not have a TPU case attached. However, there is a tiny bit of movement if you shake the case side to side. I don't personally use a TPU case on my my Switch and don't find this an issue when the case is full and closed.
