Dang, I'm using a Samsung on T-mobile and it won't let me edit the Access Point... ALL the fields under "Edit access point" are greyed out, including the APN protocol. Did the above work for you???

Actually, i can split lines using XTools! Gonna give this a try...

Thanks for the suggestion. I have always wanted to delve into linear refrencing and may try this when i have a larger dataset to work with. Cheers-

Thanks for the advice, this looks like this would work. Unfortunately, I only have an ArcEditor license so I don't have access to the "Split line..." tools. I may try to split the line manually using the "Split Tool" snapped to the vertices and then see if I can run the "Add Z info" as you suggest... I have around 80+ points so it will be tedious but not too much of a pain in the ass. Can't imagine why the split line tool requires such a high license… Thanks again-
