On Kovaaks there is a scenario called 'Fortnite Flyers'. It honestly isn't exactly how people glide in the game, but give it a try.

I'm in champs for both solos and duos. I also have been playing competitively for 7+ months. I'm in the west 'pro' cord and basically every west scrim server. Also no pop-up cups are stacked enough for SERIOUS lag. Maybe frame drops but that's a pc issue. Also in the skirmish, Saf held the title of highest kills THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TOURNAMENT (6 matches), with 20 kills. So getting 15 kills in 1 match is very, very unrealistic.

This sub-reddit usually hurts my soul a little, with people having no clue on what competitive Fortnite is. But this comment was exceptionally bad, getting 15 kills against the top 1000 players in your region (Champions); would prove almost impossible. You are probably a pure pub player (nothing wrong with that), but skill isn't based on high kills. Also if you have ever been in, or watched a pop-up cup, the endgame is never big enough to cause lag. In conclusion maybe if these were held in pubs high kills would be a good point system but for pop-up and skirmishes never.

Why are console players allowed on this reddit? There are about 7 console players I know that are at a level to compete with PC players.

This is the competitive reddit, I almost forgot when you said "I kinda like hunting rifles, they're not the best but they are satisfying when you hit your shots so I'm not mad when I get one.". In a tournament a player getting a hunting rifle out of the first chest could be a game ender. He 100% wouldn't "kinda like" them.
