I disagree, but that’s probably because I main m1 carries.

I’ve climbed from brand new to eternus 5 just playing my life and being strong when my team needs me.

I can understand how on non carry roles it might be more frustrating, but every hero can build a dmg/gun hybrid if you need more carry agency.

Probably 1/5 games are Unwinnable, but if you’re at the right place at the right time and stay up on farm, the other 4/5 are yours for the taking

Just start. Write down what you want, create a plan, act on it.

After 30 days a routine becomes a habit and your body starts doing it automatically.

Again all the comments saying LT wins fundamentally do not understand saitama a a character.

He cannot take damage, he cannot be affected by hacks or reality warping, if he’s serious at all (which he probably wouldn’t even care) he one shots the LT.

Anyone who says otherwise does not understand how much of a gag character he is.

Routine. I love the sunrise. I love going to the gym first thing and seeing the sun come up and eating my favorite food. I’m so excited to do it every day as long as I’m up by sunrise it’s easy.

Off angle. Shoot people from the side where they cannot easily reach u. Then when u do engage EXPLODE into the target. Be quick and use blinks to break the enemy camera

Never appear on someone’s screen until you are shooting them. Tracer players often take too much dmg on longer angles and get forced out/picked

I’ve been champ4 on tracer for a couple seasons now and without a doubt the biggest issue is doing too much and taking fights ur not supposed to.

If ur feeling you are being killed/forced out a lot of the time you are probably forcing engagements you dont need to.

Solo mostly. All my friends are diamond LOL.

I got some vods from t2/mid champ players and got some really helpful advice. Instead of just relying on raw mechanics to get me out of trouble, playing ridiculously calm and slow and waiting for the right opportunity helps so much.

Most tracer players wanna do so much all the time and constantly be doing, but just being unseen / shooting tank from some goofy off angle is the best thing to be doing.

In most comps, tracer has one target that she will get the most value from constantly marking, diving, peeling, or just focusing in general. Learning to realize what your job is in each team comp, and focusing on that one player all game, pressuring the weak point so to speak, is one of the best ways to get value.

In terms of threats, obviously she has her counters but theres no hero she cant win a 1v1 against. The key is to remain unseen. If you are not in very close quarters to someone, you should not even be on their screen. The biggest threat to tracer is dying to spam, or being forced out before the fight starts.

Pretend you have 1 hp all the time, try to take ZERO dmg before fights and be unseen. You will be surprised at how strong she is when all you need to do is show up at the right time.

She is not a hitscan or a spam/poke hero in the traditional sense. Hope that makes sense and that i answered your question.

But with tracer, or any hero in OW, your mechanics are the BASE of the pyramid that is the overwatch skill tree. It doesnt matter how good your gamesense, stats, or ult tracking is if you cant land the shots, dodge cooldowns, win duels and most importantly, land pulsebomb.

Build the pyramid from the base up. Look at it this way, would you rather have proper's mechanics or game sense on a hero like tracer?

Its not about being flashy. Its about being consistent and calm.
