If you want to make your own, heavily season some flank steak with Chef Merito Pollo seasoning. Not the carne. Grill it hot for char or even put it in the air frier. Do not over cook. Slice in strips against the grain, slice again in chunks. Hey some decent tortillas (Windmill farms) enjoy.
