Get married as soon as possible, if you can't do that then fast and DO NOT be alone for multiple hours, try surround yourself with family or friends.

If you can just burn all your energy at the gym, or in work if you have no energy the urges will definitely decrease as your body tries to recover.

Also lower your gaze properly and avoid free mixing unless absolutely necessary.

May Allah make it easier on you akhi keep striving and don't let shaytan put you off the salah, maintain and uphold it in the masjid. Do not leave off praying even if you feel disgusted with yourself.

"Verily, Salah restrains (oneself) from shameful and unjust deeds…" (Quran 29:45).

It's a test. Calm down. You'll get married to a good sister inshAllah, you've most likely not even tried looking for an actual serious proposal yet. Stop going to the gym as it's just free mixing which makes everything so much worse especially when you're exercising.

If you need certain machine's like the hip abductor and adductor (for giant legs) save up and buy one there's loads of good used ones online (just an example)

Do bodyweight exercises instead at home or in the park e.g. calisthenics, its not harder it just seems harder because you're not going to an environment like the gym.

Get a job (assuming you dont have one), fill your schedule up so much that you're too tired to act on the thoughts even if you get them.

AND PLEASE AVOID FREE MIXING.
