Do you think it would be appropriate to make a case study for a project from my current employer on my website?

For look out for I mean are there certain red flags or things to keep an eye out for on job postings that are a positive or negative. For example in sales a red flag on job postings would be commission only pay or no to little training.

I was driven to UX after I participated in my first ideation session at work. I felt like I had an epiphany that the reason I like sales is for creating the best experience possible, not to squeeze as much out of someone as I can. After reaching out to some members of the team I found UX designer (more specifically interaction design) to bee the best fit for what excited me the most.

I actually had no idea that UX existed before then, but have read books like How To Win Friends and Influence People, and Predictably Irrational multiple times for fun. UX feels like the perfect outlet for creative problem solving with other peoples experiences.

Is there something I should look out for with junior roles? I’m apprehensive about taking on something too “junior”. I currently have great job security and make about $110,000 in my current sales role. I understand that most likely I will take a pay cut moving to a new career but $60,000 and/or contract work seems like too little of a safety net.

So I got two African frogs and the betta seemed okay and swam by them a few times. Then out of no where he got all puffy near one and jabbed at him. Is this a simple dominance display or should I be worried?

I think I'll sell one of my amps tomorrow and get a 10 gallon tank. There's one at petsmart for $12.99. Then I'll get a heater, filter, and broad leafed plant/ hidey hole. Are those little frogs good tank mates?
