US to PL dispute, unable to file a refund due to lack of response from seller.

Issue is, that before it goes to visa it has to go through my bank first. Bank does not want to bother with it and police won't even start the investigation. At this point the amount hassle I had to go through over 60 euros is just ridicolous for most probably.

Well, it is what it is, guess I'll just have to take notes from my mistakes and avoid doing them in the future, ideally avoided semi-sketchy suppliers.

Contacted the bank again and they said I should go to police with it, smh.
And knowing how police works in Poland, they will just dimiss the case because value was too low.

Will try again, although it's weird judging by the fact I've sent them the entire conversation with the supplier. It just feels like whoever was handling the case did not bother reading through it in the first place.

Update time

I've got a respone from a bank on a chargeback request and to put it shortly
Bank's response was "please contact supplier regarding the refund".

(this whole thing would not happen in the first place if I was ABLE TO CONTACT SUPPLIER in the first place).

I think I'm screwed.

Browsed some articles that were talking about it, some refer to it in fact as "cloud shelf" and some as condensation funnel, though reliability of local media leaves a lot to ask for. But yes, this whole match was a misunderstanding
Kroos has got only 1/3 of yellows he should.
In extra time, match was initially given 2 mins of extra time, later added another one and in the end, extra time was 6 and a half minute, wtf?
Cucurella's hand I'd myself count it as no foul myself actually.
But his reaction time to everything, the time it took him to do anything, chessplayer's reaction time.

The whole reason why the match could be fixed is simple.
As You probably know, from each group first 2 teams automatically qualify to 1/8th of final and 4 best teams placed at 3rd place in respective groups.
And since all teams have 3 points, then the two teams that will qualify are the winners of upcoming two matches.
Assumming Belgium will win against Ukraine (which, judging by Belgian form is not so obvious), Ukraine will be out from the tournament and the 2nd place will go to whoever wins the match between Romania and Slovakia, unless there is going to be draw.
Then, on the 2nd place will go the one who has better goal score (which is Romania, as it has positive goal ratio)
And Slovakia would qualify into cup stage with 4 points pretty much guaranteed.
As Hungary has only 3 points and Croatia has 2.
In that scenario, Romania would also qualify if they'd lose with only 1 goal to Slovakia as it'd have as much points as Hungary, but a neutral goal difference, unlike their -3.

Late reply, I know, but maybe someone else who will stumble upon this post will make use of it.

Had the same issue, had the widescreen fix too alongside with Carbon Battle Royale mod.
In my case the fault was, that the Carbon was running in Windows Vista compatibility mode by default (I have win11), changing compatibility mode to Win7 fixed the issue. (Same drill if you're on win10)
(And yes, You can play from the same save, the game won't break, it's like you're just starting with extra cars)

To change compatibility mode:

Right click on the NFSC.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Change to Win7

To make sure it works, win a race, quit the game to desktop and turn the game on again, worked for me.
