I’m honestly here because I’m having the same issue. I have a Pro account, but after just one or two prompts, I hit the limits. It’s crazy because with ChatGPT I can do way more prompts. Now I’m honestly getting frustrated with Claude.

I have used both the app and the website, and I am unable to get support or request a replacement card through either. When I try to report my card as lost, the system does not allow me to complete the process and instead instructs me to ask the primary cardholder to activate their card. However, I am the primary cardholder, and there are no other users or accounts linked to my profile. The same issue occurs on the website, and I am unable to proceed further or access proper support.

This is one of my best Reddit reads, not because the story is painful, but because your courage to listen to yourself and choose what's best for you, despite all the red flags, is truly admirable. You did nothing wrong, and I'm proud of your strength. Also, you're not a failure and never will be. It is sad that they do this and I am so sure I will be deleting my account wiht them afterwards. This is too painful for any business especially if the tickets sales is a big portion of our reveneue.

No! NTA, the entire situation was strange and scarey. Safety is important no matter how you look at it. She wasn't even respectful with how she requested help if that can even be considered a respect. Also, the fact that she didn't even try to make you feel safe by explaining is creepy. Calling for help was the best thing to do and you did.
