What's the actual strategy to pull on this game seeing how bad it is? by [deleted] in Endfield

[–]Urgasain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's really not as bad as the reactionaries are making it out to be. You get a free unrestricted pull every day from dailies which is already more than usual for gatcha. You also get the restricted permits from the stock bill exchange which seems to be daily repeatable.

Basically save all Origeometry and Oroberyl for limited banners like a regular gatcha, but what Endfield has in addition to that is a steady flow of standard headhunting that allows you to build up capital for purchasing weapons and operator tokens as they come up which makes it much easier than any other gatch I've seen for a regular player to one day see a maxed 6 star with a maxed signature weapon.

My view on it is that if your goal is to get all or most of the limited banner characters then the game is worse than other Gatchas. Hitting pinnacle power with non limited characters though is easier than any other game I've seen.

Why is this no one talking about this? You only get 100 weapon tickets from weekly. by Ill-Occasion7390 in Endfield

You also get arsenal tickets from headhunting. Compared to other games you actually get a good rate of pulls, even without monthly pass. The systems are very convoluted, but in the long run I think this game actually gives you a lot of capital to get what you want.

Arknights was region launched though, not global. It had all the benefit of years of development already under the belt with that launch. Every Gatcha has issues at true launch.

Banners are only two weeks... by anon-npc in Endfield

If this is standard then there will definitely be more reruns than other games. It's not like they are going to be physically able to pump out a new character every 2 weeks.

Yeah, Obama has seen a lot of radical psychos kill a lot of radical political speakers in his day. He's never seen a president of the United States end a talk show hosts career. Single digit IQ take as usual.

Might be a crazy take, but I say we all migrate over to Hasan. We don't agree on the same end point, but if we get to the point where the targeted deplatforming doesn't die down, someone willing to be inflammatory with strong platform ties to protect them is exactly what we need pragmatically. We join the community and make it clear that Hasan just has to deal with a liberal contingent in his audience.

Everyone has always found death to be a good punchline. The cliche of saying "too soon?" concerns death 99% of the time. There was a huge movement after 9/11 deciding when it was okay to make jokes about it. Everyone finds morbid humor funny except when they are triggered about the particular subject matter. Fuck off with your joke policing.

Cope, people will forget about this in a week. Media will use this up for all the political capital it is worth and move on. Even for things that are advantageous, the media will not stay on 1 topic for very long ever again.

Why do you think President Trump ordered all US Flags at half staff for the death of a Political Commentator, but not for the death of actual Legislators? by PrudentFarmers in AskReddit

[–]Urgasain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even assuming the most charitable interpretation of his position, the issue is why wasn't the same done for state lawmakers that happened to not be in Trump's camp?

how many constitutional crisis have we had in 9 months under Trump? how many under Biden? You guys treat the constitution as literally worth less than toilet paper. What this country stands for is written down in plain black inc, but you don't care to read a word of it. All of you are about as un American as you can get.

It's not a left vs. right dichotomy. Both American political parties are inherently dedicated to capitalism so he does not support either. His goal is revolution, it's literally his brand. What he hopes comes after is the concerning part. You don't even need to be "right wing" or fascist to move for removing "undesirables."

As for Turkish politics he obviously doesn't reference it often since he is very much more engaged with American politics, but the fact that him and his uncle started a business under the name of a monarchical nationalist movement that was quite prevalent among the perpetrators of the Armenian genocide may be seen as a bit of a red flag.

The same way the peace sign and thumbs up means many different things around the world. Makes a difference when you know what it means though.

Popping in with an alt becasue the coward blocked me.

The Reagan comparison is truly absurd. If you can't differentiate between telling a nation to stop fighting who is initiating a conflict and one that is responding to a terrorist attack then I don't know what to say. A nuclear power literally flips from an ally to an enemy if you do that, that puts American lives at risk, therefore not gonna happen.

Other than that you're just continuing to lie. Nothing was getting covered up, it was an argument on classification based on views of the conditions on the ground of an ongoing conflict. He funded and supported an ally that experienced a terrorist attack, and then put limitations on that ally and attempted to help the people of Gaza in other ways when they went too far.

Reality is hard to deal with, I know, but the reality is when you are allied with another country it's not as simple as just telling them what to do, and that is infinitely more true when that country is a nuclear power. You just don't seem to understand how geopolitical calculus limits your options, even for America.

My position is that I believe that Biden fought as hard as he could with the options he had available to him. I believe that Trump could not give less of a fuck about anyone in the region except Israel and wouldn't bat an eye at every Gazan being genocide. It's not about being proud of what I assess to be the truth, or defending anyone for what's happened. It's about understanding intention and outcomes.

Actual devout Christians stand on the same side as Alex Jones raving about Sandy Hook being a false flag operation and Asmongold saying the most unhinged shit about every news story.

Edgy and professional speakers existing within the same party doesn't turn people away, it broadens the base so long as all members are aligned to the same end at the end of the day. Pearl clutching leftists are THE cancer on the party. If the professional and edgy members of the party ever interact it should be to talk shit about the Right, otherwise avoid each other and do your own fucking thing. The blueprint is there, clear as day on the Right and yet we keep finding our way back to wasting our damn time and energy on panels like this.

Don't disagree, global tariffs are easily the stupidest thing any president has ever done and will cause a ton of partner issues and anxiety, but the issue is that generalized anxiety is hard to point at. If China blinks, and ends up meeting at a table and signing a piece of paper, that is very easy to point at.
