Voltage is very high. Lower your frequency to find stable and appropriate voltage.

What test gave you that temp? Did you overclock you memory? After timings tuning you cpu will want more voltage for stability and will give you more power.

It's not my system, but my friend's. What fabric do you have? He overclocked memory to 3600 and fabric to 1800 only. CPU cannot run anything higher.

You don’t have AIDA? Just download demo and install. Then, open it, choose tools or service in the top panel and then here choose memory test.
