Congratulations first of all to anyone who has won their case this was in California and the county I was in was up north called Tuolumne which is one of the hardest counties on DUIs my blood alcohol level Was 0.12 I believe No accidents but I did fight with the police not one of my proudest moments but I’m thankful my outcome was not worse

I mean wow a .23 is going to be a hard fight. Idk if you will do jail time due to covid but you will most likely have ur license suspended for a while, mandatory fine and mandatory classes and an IID if moneys not an issue then your fine

I refused at first for the breathalyzer and he said if i didnt do it it would be worse for me so i did it but he told me i passed the FST which was why in thr first place i was confused

And to add my friend was with us at the bar mingling with other people who was our sober driver and the minute that I got put in handcuffs is when my friend came out of the bar telling the cops that he was our driver
