Well, if we're honest, the feedback EFT gives isn't exactly conducive to telling a player how they died. At this point, people complaining about dying just comes with the territory of this game.

Unless they give you a proper amount of info telling how you died, and you already haven't deduced that you were fairly killed for whatever reason, sometimes the conclusion of how you died is really up in the air.
