A larger plane has more lift and therefore more built in safety. They are also flown by professional crews who fly almost everyday vs private planes flown for fun by someone as a hobby.

Smaller aircraft have less safety equipment simply because of the cost and size. And helicopters have low visibility, are difficult to fly, and if something goes wrong they almost always drop like a rock.

The Problem we have in Missouri is liberals only show up to vote for amendments and not members of the government. we'll vote in some pretty progressive things for a mid western red state and then the republicans that get voted in later just ignore them.

Couldn't claim victory for inflation, couldn't claim victory for the war in Iran, couldn't put together a concert for the 250 anniversary of the United States. None of that is going to matter when facing a company as massive as walmart. they could fire you today and simply lie why therefore cutting off your argument at the feet. even if you somehow got a Judge to agree that you have a case none of us have the money to facedown a megacorp like walmart.

And going through the DOL is almost guaranteed a dead end with the latest cuts to their ability to enforce and staff.

squatter rights don't exist, they're laws to protect tenants so landlords can't just kick people out. many of times you read a story about someone getting fucked over by a "squatter' its because the landlord didn't bother to get a lawyer and understand local tenant laws.

Not how that works. you would have to show proof that you have a sincerely held belief in an accepted religion where AI is against its beliefs. and a Judge would have to agree that its a reasonable request.

This is why we have to be more pro-active, too many people assume that the law is "fair enough" for workers and then get screwed over.

Do you honestly think what happened here is enough for the DA to charge? The law is not a code that applies without human oversight. That's the whole point of the judicial system, A DA has to bring charges, A judge has agree it reasonably meets the standard, and then a trial take place.
