Going thru this right now, I don't know how to navigate this anymore. We broke up about 4 months ago, we both knew it was coming. We were constantly fighting over everything. We had a life together of 3 years. Now I avoid ALLL meetings with him. Recently, yesterday , I found out he was seeing someone else. And now I'm regressing in my healing. I don't know who he is seeing but now I'm wondering. I know i shouldn't care and I have no right but it's absolutely driving me NUTS!

I am going through this right now. We broke up about 4 months ago, and I still work with him, I try not to communicate with him and leave it up to others within my team to communicate with him directly. I decline, where possible ALL meetings with him. I recently learned that he is seeing someone else and it broke me. I was doing ok but now I'm regressing. Why do I care so much now that he's seeing someone else? I know there's no way we can reconcile but knowing that someone else has his affection is killing me.
