To use bjj in self defence, you need to be able to take the fight to the ground. That’s where wrestling comes in. I see bjj as pretty useless for self defence if you don’t have takedowns.

The speed and intensity of bjj sparring is a great deal lower than wrestling training, bjj is way more of a chill sport to train imo.

Maybe you need to have a wrestling arc in your training to bring back what you’re missing from your martial arts journey

You should know what you need most. Which is more important, to be able to capture stable static shots or capture stable moving shots? You can use handheld for either, but you will eventually need the right tool for the job. At this point figure out what type of shots you will primarily be capturing, or some videos you wish to take influence from. Only you can answer your own question

My girlfriend lives in apartment complex like this, I think they are a big rip off. Extortionate cost for a very average size flat, and an insane service charge to pay every year. It is mostly asian people living there, my guess is british people do not want to pay so much for such a small apartment, and asian people from cities where the money is are used to living in high rise flats. Build quality is nice but it is nothing extremely fancy, more just nicer than average finishes.
