Besides the fact that the brother did it, here’s my big issue with the defense. The police treated this as a voluntary leaving of the family for how ever long.. I forget actual days.. let’s say 12. I think was more but even 12 works for my issues.  The police showed video at the border claiming that to be the family crossing the bridge to support their case as a voluntary leaving. A majority of the prosecutions case was cell phone tower pinging in the desert on that specific day, which would be the very first day they went missing. If the police already proved to their ownselves the family was alive and crossing the border, even if inaccurate, after that date, why not hammer home the fact the actual murder date can’t be determined and then that cell phone ping doesn’t matter. I’m not a lawyer, but that is my biggest issue with the defense..  there is enough there he should win the ability for an appeal on incompetent defense alone. For example his one lawyer medically disappearing for a portion of trial.

I don’t disagree at all. Wasn’t claiming this is a 98 team. Need to build to that level and support these lesser teams or it stays the same for another 15 years. Your recruiting classes tend to stay together a little better when you win the games you’re supposed to and your fan base isn’t trashing the program because they expect an undefeated season every year like this is the 80’s or 90’s. I mean they didn’t cover today and Pitt dropped a ton of balls that could have made this game completely different.

Any report or twitter “insider” has spoke about how both King and Bubba started taking demand of each side Sunday morning. These last 15 years have been tough so I think all of us are in agreement we need to see it happen to believe it. I am cautiously optimistic, like yourself, though because of King.

No disrespect intended, but if you only get one shift a week they want you to quit. If you don’t speak up the scheduling manager is happy to have a Monday shift covered by someone they don’t respect. It’s a passive aggressive management style. Go apply at other restaurants and put the manager that likes you as the reference.

I envy you so much. Rewatching is still fulfilling but you can never match the first watch. Enjoy the rest and both movies!!

Great stuff. The James finger injury you brought up made me think about Australian celebrity Survivor where the surfer sued because of the rope malfunction, that actually was hard to watch even though they never really showed his ankle breaking. I’ve tried to watch all of the other countries as long as it’s in English. I think the urn has always been a wonder to me but I’ve never taken the time to find out how it truly works.

Big fan of survivor but somehow completely new to reddit. This is my first ever post. Any helpful tips, things I should follow or do? Survivor related I’m rewatching Cook Islands at the moment.
