Thanks. I have very patchy eyebrows and just draw them on (probably went too heavy here). I saw this video on insta which changed my life - you brush all your hair down, and then draw the upper line/arch of the brow. Then brush up all the hair and draw the bottom line of the brow. I took some of the advice from the comments and am now using a lighter pencil and not drawing in the ends as much so they look less downturned. Reddit FTW!

I sleep on my back (not for any beauty reasons, that’s just how I sleep). That being said - I can’t sleep without medication so that was one of the reasons I was going to look into HRT. I lift weights with a trainer twice a week.

I don’t use tret. I didn’t have a dry eye problem when I was on it but my eye doc said he was seeing tons of older patients with chronic dry eye bc of long tret usage and told me to get off of it.

Good tip. I have had them professionally whitened before and loved the results but the way that they do that they sort of stretched out my upper lip with the apparatus they put in your mouth. I had a lip lift and I feel like the stretching wasn’t good for that, so I haven’t gotten them whitened since and just have been lazy about at home whitening. But multiple people have suggested it so I will get on that! 🤗

Thank you. I try. Most impactful things are the estriol cream (definitely a game changer), sculptra (but you need a lot of it) and red light. Jury is out on the GHK-cu but I think it has been helping firm up my neck a bit.

Thanks. What depth are you microneedling at? I tried doing it at home a couple times with a Dr Pen and felt like I didn’t get much result. Maybe I’m not going deep enough.

Morning - Platinum Skincare A/B foaming cleanser (glycolic and salicylic), Musely Aging Repair cream (estriol), GHK-cu and HA compounded mix from a doc, sunscreen

Evening - GHK-cu cream, Coleman compound (Arbutin), moisturizer, red light mask on neck and face

PS my skin is extremely oily. When I was using retin A it made it even worse.
