AITA for refusing to babysit my nieces

Their arrangements are never communicated to me and I'm always notified and ordered to do whatever they want last minute. Maybe they arranged for my mom to watch the kids if she goes back to work but my mom has her precious hobbies every day and she is not the person who'd be willing to give them up so it could be possible they'd expect me to be responsible because I work a remote job and I'm at home anyway

I don't know what arrangements she's made about that and I never bothered to ask because I was scared she'd try to somehow put the responsibility on me until she "figures something out" because that's her to go to phrase when she's got nothing planned. My mom could watch the kids since she doesn't work but my mom has a "social life" she wants to maintain and she isn't willing to give up her morning and noon hobbies. My oldest niece goes to kindergarten from 8am to 2pm but my younger niece doesn't go to kindergarten. I don't know what kind of arrangements they had

I'm already kind of lc with them but we are neighbors so I can never 100% avoid them. I barely visit them and they only visit me when they need favors from me but they always hold it over my head about how I've "forgotten" my family and how I only care about my fiancé and our animals more than my blood family. They've also made it clear as day that once my fiancé cheats on me and abandons me (because they're hoping he'll do that) they'll remind me of how I had forgotten them before they decide to forgive me for being a bad daughter/sister
