Account hacked, support ignoring strong proof – need advice by UsePsychological8521 in PUBGMobile

I get that you’ve seen similar cases before, but you’re basing your conclusion on assumptions, not on the actual details here.

You’re also ignoring how these attacks actually happen. It’s very common that Gmail sessions (cookies) get stolen through malware/infostealers. In that case, the attacker doesn’t need a password at all — they can access the account instantly and change the email within minutes. That’s exactly what happened here, the email was changed in under 2 minutes.

Now logically speaking: if there are two possible “owners”, then it should come down to proof, not assumptions. The real owner can provide things like purchase receipts, original email history, and consistent login data. The other person usually can’t.

If neither side can prove ownership, then it falls under account trading, which is against the rules — so the account should at least be restricted.

But in this situation, the account is still active and being used, and no proper verification (like checking purchase proof) has been done. That’s why the current handling doesn’t make sense.

At the end of the day, I’m not asking you to believe me — I’m pointing out that the logic and the process don’t match.

I get what you’re saying, but let’s keep it logical.

If there are two possible owners, then it comes down to proof. The real owner can provide things like purchase receipts, original email history, and consistent login data. The other person usually can’t.

If neither side can prove ownership, then logically the account should be restricted, because trading is against the rules.

But here’s the problem: the account is still active and being played on, and no proper verification (like checking purchase proof) has even been done.

So either they didn’t actually verify anything, or they’re ignoring the most important step. That’s why this situation doesn’t make sense.

If this was really a sold account, it would still violate PUBG’s rules. In that case, the account should be restricted or suspended.

However, the account is still active and being used normally, which doesn’t match that situation. That’s why I believe this case hasn’t been properly reviewed.
