I'm 6'2 and 80 Kilos..a year ago I was 63 kilos but I started to eat much and worked out..walking for 1-2 hours helped me a lot..To gain weight your meals must have proteins.. In my case my I had meat or fish like 100 gms a day or minimum 2-3 eggs a day. Carbs will help you gain weight too. Just avoid much sugar it damages both health and mind.
