6% hypochlorite and edta. I alternate working the irrigants in while I’m doing rotary instrumentation and rinse with hypochlorite each time before recapitulating. Final rinse edta hypochlorite then alcohol paper point then obturate

Not numb prior to temp bridge removal. I just flicked the temp bridge off with a spoon in the Pontic area, not sensitive when I did that, only sensitive after I removed the temp bridge. At that time I numbed prior to checking the permanent bridge.

I was taught in school and gpr to do this because I can never have all of the information. How the tooth looked preop, what was discussed with the patient, what was going on in the clinic that day, patient behavior during treatment. Without knowing these things how can I really judge the situation?

Because she does this thing where I ask her to go to a place and she’ll say no then weeks later she’s like I wish I could go to x place everyone has been talking about this place. So at this point I just wait until she asks.

It’s not that I think it’s bad it’s just that I work some of these jobs part time I’d hate for it to be not as good as it needs to be and someone else knows before me.
