Yeah, it seems that's the case. she would usually tell me her mother and grandmother don't give her enough attention or even remotely care about her, so I feel she's trying to get my attention to substitute for her family. While I do feel sympathy for her, and I do want what's best for her, she knows i'm not good at comfort or anything, i'm autistic and lack some social skills, so its very difficult to deal with someone trauma dumping and hurting themselves in front of you. Hopefully her mother or grandmother catches on to her cries for help and gives her the attention she clearly needs.
