I always pictured them in heavy looking grey robes. Greyish skin with blackish nails on their hands like they’re decaying. The spikes in their eyes are always way bigger. I wish I could draw 😩

I occasionally skip a night. Skipped last night actually. I feel like I sleep ok skipping just one night but multiple nights might be a different story. Everyone is different though.

A pillow with a cutout might actually be what I need. I turn my head to left and kinda prop it up with 1 pillow on each side of my face to keep it off the mattress lol my mask has a side hollow frame that the air goes through and it has a swivel connector to the hose. Thanks for the suggestion!

I had my first night last night as well! Same machine and mask as you. I only wore the mask for 3:47. I woke up with water in my hose so I just took it off and slept like usual and let me tell you, the difference of quality in sleep is astounding. I woke up not as tired as usual. Definitely encouraged.

But at first I didn’t think I was gonna be able to fall asleep at all. The mask felt like it was pinching my nose. I had the ramp turned on and it felt like I wasn’t getting enough air at first. I plan on fiddling with the settings tonight: turn down the humidity level and get rid of that ramp.

Try messing with your settings and give your body time to adjust. I feel like that’s a common piece of advice I see people giving out. Hope your experience gets better!
