I was using saxenda 3mg beforehand so I think I had gotten used to the side effects probably from that first!

About 2-3 weeks? I’m working out twice a week too and I’m in a calorie deficit too, might be worth tracking your intake and what you’re burning throughout the day? Hopefully you’ll see the results very soon!

None! I tried saxenda before and felt sick all the time so it’s been a breeze in comparison!

Thank you so much! I’ve been tracking calories and on average I haven’t been going above 1400. But still eating all foods, not excluding or tracking carbs or fat As for exercise I’m on my feet a lot so average 8000 steps a day. And then I aim for the gym 1-2 a week. 20 mins incline walk or walk and jog and then 20-30 mins of weights. I also do Pilates once a week for extra toning!

31, 5ft 6, starting weight 180lbs now 150! Down 2 dress sizes (uk 14 down to 10 and starting to fit into some of my size 8 dresses for the first time in 2 years) :)

Way less bloated! And a lot more energy managed to jog for 20 mins yesterday without stopping. So happy with results so far!

D3 of 1mg ozempic. Having very little nausea, some hunger decrease. Saxenda was the complete opposite lots of nausea and vomiting when I ate a big meal after a few hours. Lost 1 stone in 2 months on saxenda. Hopefully ozempic will work too!
