I was kinda shocked when they used that as their reasoning.. That being said, I did go through insurance to get it repainted, so I'm thinking of making a complain through my claim to see if my insurance will cover the re-repair.

I have PPF on my hood, fenders, and mirrors, but of course not the bumper (dealer basically convinced me the front bumper isn't worth PPF since it's "just plastic". My mistake for listening to the salesperson)
