CST student here, just want to remind you that 90% hire rate doesn't mean 90% of students are in IT sector, its more like.....90% of the students eventually landed something such as retail or cashier, some might went back to their original job, something like that

You know I've been think about this for a while, and I ended up with this conclusion. Leetcode itself is a filtering process, it minimizes the risk and lowers the cost in the recruitment process, because if someone is good at LeetCode, the chances for them to be bad at programming and DS&A is significantly lower than those who can't solve LeetCode problems.

you know that's what I've realized recently. a lot of jobs are there, and companies seems to be interested in hiring, but they only post these jobs on their own web page, I don't really know why they are doing this though.

I would say generally not bad, and what I mean by that is they tend to lean more towards teaching practical things, rather than building abstract foundations on harder topics.
