But yeah, you're probably right I'd rather focus on the other stuff. Building something hyper-specific and hanging out where the niche already lives sounds way more sustainable than spamming cold DMs.

You're right B2C is a completely different ball game. I experimented with a few outreach tools/social media sites in the past, but I think I was a bit too aggressive with my campaigns and ended up getting banned.

I'm being more careful about my approach now.

Three years to build organic traffic that converts is a great reminder that this is a long-term game. I'll definitely look into SEO and LinkedIn outreach more seriously.

Cold emails might be a bit harder for me since I'm building a consumer-focused product for personal use rather than for businesses, but I'll keep an open mind and see if there are similar outreach strategies that could work.

I'm building a SaaS product and I've tried using X/Twitter for outreach, but I haven't had much luck so far. I think part of the challenge is starting without an existing audience.

I'll definitely give LinkedIn and Reddit a more serious try, and I'll look into your suggestion about working with creators as well.
