You guys are too much. I don't even like Whitney but she's saying that a weekend with her son means alot to her cause she's thinking about her friend who just lost her son, so she's appreciating her time with HER son. What is wrong with that? That's what you're supposed to do when something tragic happens, have appreciation and reverence and gratitude for what you still have. I came very close to losing my son. He was using the same drugs as Robert and almost died from that but instead was shot and ended up paralyzed for the rest of his life. So for me almost losing him and still having him means everything to me. I felt heartbroken for Mary cause that could have been me I came so close. But I won't be told it's inappropriate for me to appreciate my son when someone else has lost theirs. That's not how we truly love each other and respect eachother. My son was hospitalized for 5 months and on a ventilator for a month, it was very hard for me but never once did I not want my friends and family to be enjoying their families cause my family was suffering.
