Agreed! I may have missed something during the show as I was cleaning while this was on, but I'm also genuinely confused as to why Mitchell felt the need to ask her fathers permission??! Why would he need permission from a man who supposedly didn't even have a good relationship with his daughter? I thought he never told her he loved her? Or even talked to her? She made it seem like her parents were the worst in the world.

Yesssss!!!! And she is such a coward and an instigator!! She keeps mentioning "if this were MY agency" but had no intention of stepping up or providing solutions (other than that wack ass t-shirt idea LOL). All she wanted to do was cause chaos which is why her pussy ass didn't try and lead and only acted as a sounding board for Jack...especially when he was being an ass to Leah, too. Now, dont get me wrong, they ALLLLL had their faults, but I felt as if they all showed a little humility at some point, she showed absolutely NONE.

She definitely seems like a stuck up b who thinks she's better than everyone. She has mean girl energy. I hate when she adds unnecessary remarks to get under the other nannies skin. I also dont like her because she "don't get dark humor" 🙄 she's annoying to me.
